  17.     Well, not really.  There are no FlashROM chips in the mdoem, and
  18. in fact, the code isnt' stored on the modem at all.  All the code to run
  19. this modem is in a Windows drivers.  The end effect though is similar, in
  20. that you can upgrade the code by downloading new drivers off the USR BBS
  21. or FTP site instead of getting a new chip.
