- Well, not really. There are no FlashROM chips in the mdoem, and
- in fact, the code isnt' stored on the modem at all. All the code to run
- this modem is in a Windows drivers. The end effect though is similar, in
- that you can upgrade the code by downloading new drivers off the USR BBS
- or FTP site instead of getting a new chip.
